This week´s card is about the word or situation of compromise.

Whenever you’re in a negotiation — a professional one or personal, as at home with your wife or kids, colleagues, and friends — don’t ever compromise.

A negotiation can be something simple as a request from your wife to visit the parents-in-law on the weekend. And precisely when you were planning to watch your team playing a significant game on TV. What do you do? Not going and start a fight with your wife? Compromising by saying yes, even when all that you wanted was different?

Isn’t there something better than a fight and also better than a compromise that, in the end, means you lose something?

✅ Does compromise keeps both sides happy? No, none of them.

✅ Is a compromise better than a fight? Yes, as a last resort, why not

✅ Are there other alternatives? Read below to know more…

⏩ Are you willing to give it a try today? Start small. Small but steady steps are the key.
