⏬This week´s card is about saying no. Some people find it complex and challenging because they link it to ill will, incompetency, not caring about others, or simply avoiding any argument. But not saying “no” when you’re overloaded and overwhelmed with your endeavors will just add up to your stress levels and bring more chaos to your schedule. Ultimately to please someone, you’re displeasing yourself. Dare to say “no” in simple steps and choose audience until you get more confident.

✅ You don’t need to be dry and unrespectful

✅ just explain this is not the right moment, maybe some other time.

✅ Use the moment to ask something back from your counterpart; most of the time, the person will drop the request (at least those used to ask but not so open to giving).

✅ Stay firm and disconnected: you’re not saying “no” to someone but their request.

⏩ I’m curious, to whom or what situations will you start saying “no”?
